That’s what I call it. It’s an amazing house, and today it was reduced to $1.9, when, way back when, in Sept 07, it was listed for $5.5.

At that writing, the price had been reduced to $2.4, and I ventured that that was an irresistible price. Apparently it wasn’t, so, this time round, I think I’ll keep quiet and just wait for the market to speak up.
