After months of no contracts, no sales, no nothin, Pima Canyon has been having a late season surge; 3 sold in the last month or so and now 2 under contract.
2067 E Desert Garden Dr, in Pima Cyn, listed at $1,795,000 went to contract today. It’s been on the market since October 08 when it was listed for $2,295,000.
And perhaps emboldened by sporadic spurts of activity at the upper-end, or with a better crystal ball than the rest of us, 3370 E Finger Rock Cir in Cobblestone, raised it’s price today from $1.3 to $1.5. Seriously folks.
4351 E Pinnacle Ridge Pl sold for $850,000 from an $899,000 list, and from a much reduced original price of $1,175,000. I don’t know who was kidding who, but they weren’t kidding too many buyers.
Not participating in the Pima Canyon surge, not quite yet anyway, 7808 N Ancient Indian Dr in Pima Canyon expired today at $2,999,999, and was promptly relisted, at $2,999,999. Interesting sale and price history on this one. It sold as a new home in March 05 for $2,650,000. Then was back on the market just six months later for $3,899,000. And I can’t figure out what was done to account for that $1,249,000 price jump. And apparently, neither can buyers.
4954 N Camino Antonio was withdrawn today. Too bad, but we’ve got more than enough high priced listings to go round. It started at $1,365,000 in December and was down to $1,250,000 today.
