Of the remaining 2 sales, one went for $559,550, the other for $725,000 (Mechero, the spec, reo)

And 25% of the 74 homes currently under contract are in the $3's - while just 11% of the 455 for sale are in the $3"s.

No wonder they say, good things come in 3's
