gee, I wonder why this one hasn’t sold

5280 N Valley View Rd sold for $830,000 in December 2005 and was listed for $1,345,000 in April 2008 - just 62% more. Since then it’s dropped down to $1,050,000, and still hasn’t found a buyer, and was withdrawn from the market today.
