5366 E Gleneagles Dr in Skyline CC started out with agent #1 in Feb 08 at $1,750,000. And after 18 months there was still no sale
– even though the price had been slashed to $1,595,000 - so #1 agent was out and in came #2 - who promptly re-listed the place for $1,350,000.
That relationship lasted just 6 months and now agent #3 is on board. The new price, $995,000. And it’s now also available as a rental for $3500. (listed by The Nordstrom Group, Inc)
If this doesn’t work out, I want to be agent #4.
But the plot thickens; the listing description says,
Owner has just acquired this property by foreclosure and is offering it at a break even price. He doesn't even mind holding it either.. it's listed for rent or sale, whatever happens first.

OK, that’s interesting. Particularly since, except for one 28 day break in Oct/Nov 09 – between #’s 1 & 2 - it’s been continuously listed for sale since Feb 08, and with nary a clue of it ever being a foreclosure.
And though I hate to hang my hat on the accuracy of the online tax records, for what it’s worth, the last transfer of ownership they show was in 2003, to a Raymond & Karen Schneider. No relation.
