In Skyline Country Club, 6640 N Los Leones Drive sold.
Los Leones was first listed on March 17 for $1,450,000 and six weeks later reduced to $1,350,000 and went to contract in late July and sold today for $1,175,000 ($249/sf).
And there’s not a thing wrong with it, but if you’d have asked me,
I wouldn’t have bet on this house selling this fast or this well.
And that’s what makes a horse race. (Listed by Coldwell Banker Residential Br)
Over in Catalina Foothills Est 9, 2474 E Calle Los Altos also sold.
Calle Los Altos was listed last August for $1,295,000, reduced to
$1,129,500 this July, soon went to contract, and closed today at $975,000 ($221/sf). Which again, I wouldn’t have guessed it would ever get. And the times being what they are, I think it’s a miracle. Why, it backs up to Skyline DR and you can never change that,
redo it or make it go away. No thanks. (Listed by Coldwell Banker Residential Br)
And above it all is 4010 E Playa De Coronado in the Summit at Finger Rock.
Playa de Coronado last sold in 2005 for $985,000. The new owners then added a pool & spa and put it back for sale in April 08 for $1,325,000. On the market since then, it had just 3 price cuts and sold today for $993,500 ($307/sf) off a $1,195,000 list price.
