Stuart, I beg to differ. The buyers got a steal.
S. Noveno sold for $1,215,000 in 2004, then was totally renovated, all 6000 sf of it - new everything - kitchen, baths, floors, doors, mechanicals & more - + $400K in new landscaping by Plants of Distinction.
A steal.

Sumo Nuevo is a beautiful home...and sold at a fair price for both buyer/seller.
Only negative i could think about it was the interior steps that might eliminate it from consideration from some folk...
but outside of that it is a beauty.
