As I was making my way through the old foothills this afternoon I stopped in at an open house that a buddy of mine was holding. And to my surprise, and delight, there was a steady stream of visitors, I mean non-stop, from about 1:30 to when I left at 3:45.
If you’re an agent who held an open house today, or if you attended an open house, it would be nice to hear how how it went.

It was in the old foothills, west of Campbell south of Skyline. But,ironically, the owner pulled the house off the market this week for lack of showings.
