Ask yourself, why would buyers take your price seriously when, obviously, you don’t.
And really, does it make a bit of difference whether your house is listed at $999,999 or at $975,000 or even at $950,000. What a waste, making these useless little cuts that, not only could anyone care less about but, as a seller, I think you’re perceived as out of touch. To put it nicely.
