Canyon Ridge, a pretty little subdivision at the very top of Snyder Rd, up up up the hill from Kolb, had its highest priced sale ever today. 4781 N Rocky Crest Place, listed at $1,575,000 sold for $1,525,000 ($370/sf). (Listed by Long Realty) - reduced from the $1,950,000 it was first listed for last September.
I never did get to see this house, but I heard from more than a few Realtor friends that it is quite beautiful and with absolutely stunning views. And at 1.18 acres it is also the largest lot, by far, in Canyon Ridge. (most of the lots in there are half an acre or less)
That must be it, that and love. Because going all the way back to 1998, the next highest sale in Canyon Ridge was $995,000. Congratulations & Good luck to all!

ix, it doesn't make sense to me, hard to imagine, but everyone's different and maybe they just had to have this house. period. there may not have been an appraisal, it was a cash sale.

Something is fishy about this price. Why would anyone pay that kind of price for that location?
I would love to see the appraisal on this one. Who was the realtor representing the buyer?
