7808 N ANCIENT INDIAN Drive was listed in September 2005 for $3,899,000, then it dropped all the way down to $3,799,000, then, mysteriously, up to $3,999,000 and so on and so forth until the listing expired last June at $2,799,000. Then nothing until today, when it was listed for a much more attractive $1,990,000.
and PS – the sellers paid $2,650,000 for it in March 2005, when it was new – so why, I wonder, did anyone feel that it was worth $3,899,000 just 6 months later. ???
Who knows, but fortunately it’s not a short sale and not a foreclosure. Though it is the 3rd new listing in Pima Canyon this week – bringing the total to 16 for sale.
