5181 N Circulo Sobrio sold in June 2007 (before it all hit the fan) for $1,235,000 ($360/sf) after just 65 days. It does have stupendous views, I’ll give it that.

And then in Feb 09 (after it all hit the fan) it was listed for $1,269,000 ($370/sf) and, apparently, the views were not quite as persuasive. So it went nowhere, and today it’s still for sale, now asking $745,000 ($217/sf). In Cat 10.
