5 new contracts, at $315,000 $349,000 $379,000, $475,000 and one biggie at $1,275,000 (in PC)
2 sales, at $190,000 and $297,861
and 5 new listings, 4 from $315,000 to $599,000 then one at $1,250,000 in Cat 10,
It’s worth noting that the contract in Pima Canyon was on a house that had been on the market for just over 2 months, and had never been listed before. And the contract before that in Pima Canyon (on 9/13) was on a house that had been on the market just 19 days, and also never before listed for sale.
Beginners luck, or the right house at the right price. I’m guessing it’s the latter.
