make that 5 Golf Villas in contract

Last week I wrote that after months with barely any action at all that 4 Golf Villas in Ventana suddenly went to contract in a couple of days - how quickly things can change 

One of them was at 6081 N Black Bear Loop, and now its neighbor at 6084 N Black Bear Loop is also in contract. Last week there were 11 for sale, this week there are 6.
