A reader wrote in commenting that I only write about some of the homes that sell in the foothills and not others.
That’s correct. I only write about the homes I think are noteworthy, interesting or representative of the market for one reason or another. And even if I wanted to I wouldn’t have time to write about all the homes that sell each month. And anyway, how tedious, who’d want to read it.
