While the sales activity in the Tucson Foothills continues to maintain a consistent and relatively healthy pace, we can expect sales to slow down for the next month or so as everyone's attention turns to family and holidays. On the other hand, I expect to see increased activity in online home searches as buyers start to zero-in on available properties in anticipation of the new year and the start of the big home sale season (January thru June) in the Tucson Foothills.
