builder goes bankrupt

There's a story in the AZ Daily Star about a Tucson builder who apparently got in over his head and is filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. I'm sure this is not the first and it won't be the last builder who gets into a tight spot before things even out in the latest real estate boom and bust cycle. But the thing that stands out is that all the people interviewed for the article are people who are either owed money by this builder or who are in the midst of having a home built by them. And all of them have more or less had the rug pulled out from under them, but despite that, they all have nothing but good things to say about this builder, AmericaBuilt Construction.That's quite a tribute.
