Home sales are down big time in the Tucson Foothills from the same period last year, 24% overall. And in a reversal of recent trends, whereas the $1mil + market had been doing better than ever, it's now showing the biggest declines. Keep in mind that during January to April 2006, home sales in the Tucson Foothills in all price ranges were still doing very well, and didn't start sliding until late April to May.
