It's been on market for quite a while and having started at $995,000 has had numerous price reductions since then. But today (just now) it was knocked down to $799,000 and I'll be very surprised if that's not the magic number. It should go quickly now.
It's 3537 square feet, or $225.90 sq/ft, 4 bedrooms/4 baths, built in 2007, new, never occupied, travertine floors, granite counters, high ceilings, etc.
If this is your cup of tea, in my opinion, it's a good deal.
