Because I have this nifty snoopy analytical software hooked into my blog and web site, amongst other kinds of snooping, I get to see what people who come to either site are searching for. Now you know,
big brother is watching.
Joesler's a big draw, and statistics on home sales in the Tucson Foothills and posts on communities like Pima or Ventana Canyon seem to pack 'em in. But unless I'm missing something, there's an unusual number of people searching for 'the most expensive home in Tucson'
Now I'm pretty sure that most of these 'most expensive home ...' searches are not by the hordes of multi-millionaires out there who are actually looking to buy the most expensive home in Tucson. If so I've been very remiss in not addressing this market more aggressively.
But rather, these searches, I think, are by people who are just curious, and want to see what the most expensive homes in Tucson look like.
So without further ado, the top three most expensive homes for sale
in Tucson today. Plus one. Ta-da!
(please note, I take no credit or blame for the descriptions of each home, as they were prepared by the respective listing agents)

Those are the most expensive homes for sale in Tucson right now.
And then there's Campbell Cliffs
And none come close to Campbell Cliffs, which unfortunately was taken off the market in January of this year.
I say unfortunately, because it is a true world-class WOW! house.
It had been listed for $22,000,000, and featured in Architectural Digest, Dream Homes, and Design and Architecture.
Built in 2004, 25,000 square feet, 7 bedrooms, 11 baths, on 20 acres in Cobblestone, way high up in the Tucson Foothills. WOW!
Not only does Campbell Cliffs have it's own name, it also has it's own web site. See it HERE
Enjoy! and dream on.
