Just before the closing bell two more million$+ homes went under contract in the Tucson Foothills. And both of them on the eastern edge of the Foothills near Sabino Canyon Rd.
A big one (6747 sq ft) on Sabino Mountain, and priced at $2,495,000, and the other in Rockcliff, which is the ridge just east of Sabino Mountain and listed for $1,595,000.
That's makes ten million$+ homes under contract in about the last month, plus seven that have sold. The spike I've spoken of in that end of the market, is still spiking. Meanwhile I'm dying to see what a couple of those under contract went for. I'm betting on mucho good deals.
But have no fear, there are still 128 available.
