Recently in the course of charting the up's and down's of the million$+ spec home market here in the Tucson Foothills, I made what seemed like a no-brainer forecast.
... it's worth noting, that high-end home construction has come to a halt in the Tucson Foothills, and between the iffy market conditions and the lack of build-able land, I don't expect to see much, if any, new spec construction here for a long time ...
Yeah right.
So today up-pops not one, but two new multi-million$$ luxury spec homes that are under construction here in the Foothills. One's priced at $2,100,000, the other at $2,500,000. And to boot, they're adjacent to each other on the same street in Pima Canyon, on Calle Sin Envidia, the street without envy.
I hope they're right.
