$5,000,000 is a big bet for a spec home in the Tucson Foothills, the biggest I've seen. On the other hand, there's not much else to choose from at that price. And there are very few real contemporaries, at any price, too few in my opinion. So who knows, we'll see.
Correction, 9/13; I've been told that this house was NOT built as a spec home. Sorry for that. Apparently, it was custom built for owners who later changed their minds and offered it for sale. The plot thickens.
