Long Realty has come out with a new real estate research center to provide comprehensive market data and analysis for residential markets throughout Southern Arizona. A 'just the facts' look at how the real estate market's doing in whatever area interests you.
And the data is organized and presented in a professionally designed and easy to follow set of charts and graphs that show recent trends and current market conditions.
And since everything I publish is focused on single family homes, I thought I'd take advantage of the first edition of this new resource to show Foothills market data that includes town homes, condos and single family homes.

My favorite is the last chart that shows months of inventory (moi) throughout the Tucson market area by zip code. Very cool.
I look forward to using the new Long Realty research material to supplement and add some much needed pizzazz to my own comparatively dull presentations of single family home data.
But unless I hear opinions to the contrary, I do plan to continue to gather, organize and present the data on single family homes for this blog. Because combined with what I see happening out on the street, pulling the data myself and seeing how all the little pieces go together to make the pie, gives me a better understanding of what's really happening out there.
