This house first sold in February 07 for just under list price, at $701,500, in 3 months. It sold again in May 08, again for just under list, this time for $705,000, in two months. And now, two weeks ago they listed it for $725,000, and already it’s under contract.
The price isn’t going anywhere, and no one’s making any money on these deals, except the Realtors of course, but they’ve got a hell of a batting average. Feng shui, eh.
