Looking through all the homes that are leftover from this season of slow sales, I ran across a few that I thought woulda’ sold. Either because they’re just nice homes and not unreasonably priced or because they’re nice homes and also very well priced.
Either way it doesn’t matter, they haven’t sold, not yet anyway.

I just like them and think thought they woulda’ sold and certainly shoulda’ sold before a lot of the stuff that did sell. Four are active listings and the other four have either been withdrawn or the listing has expired in the last few days, hopefully to return soon.
