In the last week, 8 new listings priced at $1,000,000 & UP joined the crowded field of million$+ homes for sale in the Foothills. All toll we’re now at 155 mil$+ homes.
But the new one’s, if priced right, probably have a better chance than the one’s that have been sitting around forever and ever. And the one new one I did see, was priced right, I think.
