And it’s back on the market today at $995,000 as a foreclosure.
Wow, what a deal. Let’s see. The listing says;

That exclusive foothills neighborhood is Vista de las Candelas.
And Vista de las Candelas is a dandy place, as long as you’re not trying to sell a $2,350,000 home. Some would call that the height of wishful thinking, to put it kindly. Others might be more blunt.
Since 2000, the highest sale ever in VDLC was for $875,000 in 05. And if those buyers aren’t having a few sleepless nights, I’d be very surprised. Because other than one other sale in the low $8’s, the 50 other homes sold in VDLC, sold in the low $6’s, with the vast majority in the $5’s, $4’s, $3’s and $2’s. Yeah.
I haven’t a clue, where do you think this one will end up.
