An LSR is a Loan Status Report and it’s completed by your lender or mortgage broker. It has the name and signatures of the buyers/borrowers, the property address, the amount of the loan, how much they’re putting down, the interest rate, the term of the loan, the type of loan – conventional, FHA,… - how far along they are in the lending process, the lenders name, address, signature and more.
They’re submitted when a buyer makes an offer to purchase a home. Will buyers go through all that rigamarole just to have a look. Yeah sure.
