6330 E Valle Di Cadore was a new spec home completed in 2005 and listed with great expectations for $950,000.
Then it was $899,000, then $935,000, then $899,000 again.
But why give it away, so they raised the price to $1,200,000, then $1,365,000, then $1,319,300, then $1,250,000, then $1,190,000 and so on. I’m not sure they had one, but you get the idea.
So of course it was foreclosed and finally sold in August 08 for a measly $570,000.
And today the cycle starts again, because it’s back for $865,000.
