3722 E Camino De Jaime sold today for $1,250,000 tying the record for the highest priced sale in there, ever. And at $312/sf, it set a record high for $/sf prices in BC. The last, and only other, sale at $1.250 was in 04 for a house on Placita Susana that went for $262/sf.
