6380 N Placita De Tia Ro in Alta Vista last sold in July 06 for $1,050,000 and was re-listed in March 08 for $1,350,000.
That didn’t sound like a formula for success and I wrote about it at the time- John and Jane bought a beautiful house in Alta Vista
And it seems the market agreed. But today, after a year and half of chasing a falling market – and finally getting it down to $1,060,000, it’s gone to contract. And we’ll have to wait and see what it closes for, but I think, going to contract at $1,060,000, they should count their lucky stars.
Or is this just another teensy-weensy little sign of a market that’s clawing it’s way to recovery mode.
