But knowing that, and I assume they do, the owners of 7261 E Ventana Canyon Dr went ahead anyway and today listed their house for $1,399,000. Making it 15 for sale over a mil. And it appears there’s nothing brewing in there either, because there’s nothing under contract in VCC, at over a mil that is.
