listed for $1.1, sold for $1.1

so it shows up in the MLS as selling for 100% sp/lp
(that’s sale price/list price)

Never mind that at one point it was listed for $2.0, then $1.495, then $1.249. It first went on the market in April 07 and this June got down to $1.1.

Anyway, it sold today, for $1.1. 7579 E Felicity Pl  Hur-rah!
