In Cobblestone, 7301 N Cathedral Rock Rd, listed for $1,495,000,
failed to sell and was withdrawn today.
Worth noting is that Cathedral Rock last sold for $1,100,000 in May 2008.
And it’s the same house today that it was in 08- and same location, same lot. So help me, I’m stumped, why do you think it hasn't sold.
