Between the holiday and out of town clients arriving on Friday, it’s been a busy few days.
And like most buyers today, my clients, with a little help from yours truly,
made the effort and took the time to really learn about the upper-end Tucson Foothills market. They didn’t just see a house, fall in love and say
I have to have it. No, those days are so gone. This was their 4th house hunting trip to Tucson. And with each trip we sharpened their understanding of the market and narrowed down the possibilities.
And because they now had such a good understanding of houses and prices, when the right one came along, they knew it and were able to move quickly and with confidence.
They arrived Friday morning and we looked at three homes. And by 7:00 Friday night we were in contract on the right house at the right price. And they’re thrilled, because they're confident they made the right decision.
This house will be house #4 in the very short lineup of the only upper-end Foothills homes in contract since early October - only at the right price
Now if only sellers made the same effort, as buyers do, to price their homes correctly, we'd all be a lot better off.
