About 3 weeks ago when 4620 N Camino Gacela was a fresh new listing, I said -
4620 N Camino Gacela in Heatherwood Hills, $985,000 – 2006 built/4030 sf/4 Beds/4 Baths/.92 acres/ etc/ and see for yourself, but looks to me that it may be on the high side for Heatherwood Hills.
Well apparently not, because 25 days later and Camino Gacela is under contract. Congrats to all.
And 4790 N Via De La Granja in Cat 10, relisted and smartly re-priced from it’s former $1,299,000 to it’s current (range price) $950,000 to $1,150,000 ($168/sf @$950) also went to contract. I represent the buyers.
