You can’t be blamed if you didn’t notice, but A and B are the same house. They are, same house, same rooms, same yard, but as portrayed by two different listing agents.
And oddly enough, agent B had the house listed, but it didn’t sell, and it's now been relisted with agent A. Go figure.
