**the fine print – if a house is listed at a million or more but sells for less than a million, it’s automatically bumped and not included in the Sold column. Sorry. On the other hand, homes that were listed at a million or more and reduced to $999 or $998, or whatever, are not included in the For Sale column either. So, in the end, maybe it all evens out.
