And along with Hole in the Wall Way, and because they’re the highest sales this year and are both mainstream players in the Foothills luxury home market, it will be instructive to see what they sell for.
And, because of that, I think they’ll have a hand in establishing a benchmark of sorts for other high-end sales this season. The pressure’s on.
