It has come to my attention that some readers of this blog may be under the impression that homes that I mention here are my listings.
In fact they are not. Please note, unless otherwise clearly stated that a listing is mine, I assure you, it is not. As a matter of fact, as of 12 midnight tonight, February 15, 2010, I do not represent any sellers and will, for the foreseeable future, only represent buyers of homes in the Tucson Foothills or anywhere else in the Tucson metro area.
Furthermore it is not, and never was, my intention to lead readers to believe that I am ‘advertising’ other agents listings on this blog.
I thought it was crystal clear, but apparently it is not, that my only purpose has been to provide information, along with my opinion, that may be helpful and useful to those who are interested in Tucson Foothills real estate and choose to read this blog. Be they buyers or sellers.
I apologize for any misunderstandings.
