And that’s on the cheap side for the Mountain Estates. The next three for sale up there are; $2,495,000 (390/sf), $2,995,000 ($557/sf) & $8,250,000 (1,273/sf)
+ there’s 1 in contract at $1,749,000 ($395/sf). But nothing has sold in 18 months or more, which is quite a change from the good old days of 05, 06, when 10 homes were snapped up for an average of $1,902,600 & $370/sf.
And then there’s 7454 N Secret Canyon Dr, a spec home in the Canyons. It’s dropped to $4,250,000 ($614/sf) from its recent $4,500,000 and its original $5,000,000.
