Since we could all use a little good news, I thought I’d jump the gun a bit and publish March home sales numbers for the Tucson Foothills.
It’s a little early to be doing this, and I’ll update it and expand it over the next couple of days, but it can only get better as additional sales for March are turned in;

Beating last years numbers was a no-brainer, hardly worth mentioning. But inching ahead of March 07, before any of the serious fall-out fell out, well, that’s worth mentioning.
