And it didn’t, 5 days later it was in contract at $995,000 list price and closed late today for $988,500 ($216/sf). Quick work.
But if you had your eyes open, you couldn’t miss it - it stood way
out from the crowd.
The crowd being the other 18 homes for sale in Cat 10 that have been sitting and sitting, and going nowhere. Not at those prices.
