I was showing homes all day today, homes in the $1,000,000 to $1,500,000 range in the Foothills. It was a good day, we saw about a dozen. But at most of those homes I was the only agent who’d signed in and shown the home in the last 10 days or so.
So 1 showing, occasionally 2, every 10 days - whether you need it or not. And this is the height of the season.
