And that’s a nice tidy price cut. And now it’s just under a mil too.
But the price cut reminded of another issue looming over 5320.
That is, whether or not it is a Joesler. When it was listed 53 days ago I noted that the listing described the property as; Classic Tucson Home by Joesler (per owner)on hilltop lot with Mountain and city views…
And I expected that in short order the listing agent would clear up the mystery of whether or not 5320 is, or is not, a Joesler. But no, that still hasn’t happened.
If it were a Joesler it would be more special, more prized and more sought after. So why not confirm it and tout it.
On the other hand, if it weren’t, it would just be another old house.
