Going back to April 15th, so nearly a month now, there’ve been just
two new listings at a million $$ or more in the Catalina Foothills.
A good thing. We already have more than we need to last us.
PS- beyond those two, (4845 N Camino Escuela/4332 E Playa De Coronado) anything that popped up looking like a New Listing, was a re-listed old listing masquerading as a new listing.
