These last couple of days have been about as slow as it gets on a hot day in August in Foothills real estate. And of the one or two items that might be of interest, for now anyway, I’ve got to keep them under my hat.
And still, there are 488 single family homes for sale in the Catalina Foothills, 108 of which are priced $1,000,000 to $13,500,000.
Very few of which, I expect, are going anywhere fast.
