And 4322 N Camino Kino also closed today. It started out in April 2008 looking for $899,000 and closed today for $545,000 off its latest $549,500 list.
When it was first listed, and for quite a while thereafter, the listing described it as … THIS BEAUTIFULLY REMODELED JOESLER …
The problem with that was that all evidence of Joesler had been obliterated in the beautiful remodel.
