In December 2005 4911 Camino Escuela sold for $475,300. It sold again six months later for $550,000. Then in August 07, the current owners paid $540,000 for it, and maybe thought they were getting a deal. But something tells me they don’t think that anymore.

6921 E Rock Ledge Place, in the Mountain Estates at Ventana Canyon, was asking $4,500,000 in August 08. That was $836/sf. Since then they’ve had a few price cuts, like today’s for $400k, and it’s now $2,595,000($482/sf). (listed by Long Realty)

In 2008 they were asking $1,995,000 for 5120 N Hacienda Del Sol Road. And today, they’re down to $1,695,000 ($372/sf). Technically it’s part of Cat 10, but it’s not inside the gate. (listed by Long Realty)

4522 E Don Jose Drive slipped into short sale today. Purchased in 2005 for $581,500, the owners pumped some real money into it upgrading the kitchen, baths, floors and more.
